When you use the word success, everyone thinks of high assets, a nice house, a nice car, and wealth that others can look up to. When we talk about success, it seems to be our instinct to suddenly look at money even after looking at religious introspection, narcissism, and lofty ideals.
pastors and monks look like to forget what their ideal beyond money, too. I don't want to deny the real. but can you just put criteria of success is money? I think that there are the other.
While I watch youtube, I met very good story. he said criteria of success is I need to check I am freedom?" what here is saying is not narcissism. this is about you are living with what you are doing that you want without entangle.
If you guess "I have a lot of something that I want to buy. I can buy everything. so I am free! I am success.", this can be one of criteria of success. is that all? should you run whole life to achieve the goal? what you just live for the simple freedom of money makes your life unhappy.
So should I pursue what freedom? This looks like the life that we find the solution for that.
There is nothing for perfect. everybody has the different criteria and environment. So what they pursue is possible to be different. You don't need to just envy what the others have. and You shouldn't ignore the others' criteria. own criteria of success, you will have to find your own condition for success, and what kind of freedom makes you happy and then you should run for it.
I want to feel freedom through making the product which someone feels happy. when I said like that, someone can say "Do you want to earn a lot of money?" it's not like that. everybody feels happy when they met high quality and valuable product like IPhone. I want to pursue that freedom.
